Delete raw logs settings

Delete the raw logs delivery configuration from the system permanently. Notes:

• Deactivation Requirement: Set the enabled attribute to false before deletion.
• Irreversibility: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, the raw logs delivery configuration cannot be recovered.
