Terms of participation

in the loyalty program of Gcore

This document contains a description of the purposes and conditions for providing grants by Gcore S.A., incorporated under laws of Luxembourg, established and having its registered office at 2A, Rue Albert Borschette, L-1246, Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "Gcore" or "Company").

The terms of this document may change at any time without prior notice to interested parties. The updated terms and conditions come into force from the moment the current version of the document is published on the official website of Gcore.

Loyalty program "Cloud infrastructure for startups" (hereinafter referred to as "Program") of Gcore is designed to support promising IT startups, developers and attract them to use the Company's products and services.

Only legal entities and self-employed entrepreneurs who were not previously clients of the Company can participate in the Program.

The Сompany assigns the status of a participant to the above-mentioned persons based on the results of a positive review of the application submitted via the Сompany's official website, located at https://gcore.com (hereinafter referred to as " Website ") in the manner and terms set by the Program. At the same time, registration on the

Company's platforms is a mandatory condition for filing an application. The registration can be passed at https://auth.gcore.com/login/signup.

The Company informs the participant about the results the application consideration by sending a letter to the email address specified by the interested party when filing the application on the Website.

Under this document, the grant is understood as an assistance in Participants’ projects implementation by providing bonus points to the personal account on the Company's platform, which can be used exclusively for obtaining services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Grant").

A bonus point is a conventional unit that is used within the Program for accounting purposes. Bonus points are not a monetary unit, a means of payment, any type of currency, or a security, and cannot be cashed out, inherited, or otherwise transferred to third parties, including other Program participants or interested parties. 1 (one) bonus point is conditionally equal to 1 (one) USA dollar.

The Grant is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of its award.

Unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy and other legal documents posted on the Website is a prerequisite for receiving the Grant and further use of the Company's services.

The Grant application process begins on October 20, 2020.

The application lead time is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt by the Company.

An expert group consisting of the Company's specialists (hereinafter referred to as "Expert group") is involved in the project selection process.

When filing an application, interested parties provide information about themselves and their project using the form on the Website.

The Expert group takes into account the following aspects during the project selection process:

  • business model and business direction (priority industries for the Company include E-Commerce, E-Health, Telecommunications, Professional & Support services, Educational & HR services, Lifestyle, E-Marketing & E-Advertising, E-Auto, FinTech, Logistics, Cloud services, Cybersecurity, Big Data and other technologies);
  • market demand (the product must be launched and have the first customers);
  • client - oriented project (the product should solve the problem for a specific target client);
  • cross-functionality of the project team (a combination of technical and marketing skills) and its experience in the field of startup launching;
  • other criteria at the discretion of the Expert group.

The Company reserves the right to contact interested parties who have submitted an application for a Grant on the Website in order to receive additional information on the project they submitted for consideration, both verbally and in writing. Such information can be inter alia asked for the means of clarification of the project details and its key features.

Program participants whose projects have been approved by the Expert Group are notified of the positive selection result via e-mail.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide a Grant without giving reasons for applications considered but not selected by the Expert group.

The right to re-submit the application for a Grant arises for the Participant no earlier than in 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the response receipt to the previously submitted application.

The Company issues one of the following types of grants based on the results of the application review at its discretion:

  • Early stage: the participant is awarded bonus points in the amount not exceeding 1,000 conventional units for paying for the Company’s services.
  • Growing: the participant is awarded bonus points in the amount not exceeding 7,500 conventional units to pay for the Company’s services.
  • Unicorn: the participant is awarded bonus points in the amount not exceeding 25,000 conventional units to pay for the Company’s services.

Participants are entitled to free technical support provided by the Company within the framework of the services used.

After the end of the Program, remaining bonus points will be canceled. In this case, the participant will not be entitled to claim for a refund or conversion of unused bonus points from the Company.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw the status of a Program participant in case of the obligations established by these rules and other agreements between the parties violation by the participant. A notice of termination of the participant status is sent to the participant via e-mail.

The Company reserves the right to use the name of the Participating company, its logo and information about the Gcore services provided to the Participating company in information and advertising materials.
