How we became the best CDN in Latin America

The Gcore CDN provides excellent content delivery speed worldwide. We have over 80 points of presence on 5 continents. But we continue to build up our network capacities.
In Latin America, 9 locations have already been launched: Mexico City (Mexico), Bogota (Colombia), Quito (Ecuador), Lima (Peru), Santiago (Chile), Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Fortaleza (Brazil).
Improving network capacity in Latin America
In addition to regularly opening new locations, we are constantly improving the work of already launched points of presence.
We’ve recently improved the performance of our Latin American nodes and optimized the balancing of traffic between them. As a result, we were able to reduce latency in the region to 35 ms. We’re already ahead of the leading CDN providers in terms of content delivery speed.
