Gcore now has a Discord server

Building better infrastructure often means choosing between several ways to reach the same outcome. Documentation can explain the options, but it cannot always tell you which one fits your setup. Sometimes you need to ask a question, compare notes with someone solving the same problem, or see how another team approached it. The official Gcore Discord server gives you a place to do exactly that, alongside other developers and the teams building Gcore products.

Cloud, AI, CDN, security, and streaming projects may look very different, but the people behind them often face similar questions: Has someone solved this before? Did the latest release change something? Is there a better way to set it up? The Gcore Discord brings those conversations together, so you can share what works, learn from other builders, and stay close to the teams developing the products you use.

Finding your way around 

We used what we learned from thousands of support tickets and the feedback you’ve shared to organise the server, so you can quickly find the right place to ask, share, or learn.

Head to #help when you’re stuck or have a product question. Share ideas and feature requests in #suggestions, follow new releases in #product-changelog, find tutorials in #youtube-videos, and show the community what you’re building in #showcase.

Discord is for product discussions, shared questions, and conversations that can help the wider community. For billing, account security, contracts, or anything requiring access to customer information, continue using official Gcore Support. And remember: Gcore staff will never ask you to share passwords, API keys, tokens, or customer data on Discord.

You’ll also meet Gcore Unit K100. But he prefers to be called Kio. He is our community guide who welcomes new members, helps you find the right channel, and celebrates community level-ups. Kio also shares product announcements, changelog updates, new articles, and videos, so you can keep up with what’s happening across Gcore.

This is not just a place for us to share updates. It is a place where we intend to listen. Tell us what you need, where you are getting stuck, what our documentation should explain better, and what would make building with Gcore easier.
