Get bonuses for creating manuals for our products

Integrating our products with other systems is not an easy process.

It’s really useful when there is a convenient step-by-step manual, but unfortunately, we don’t always have time to create such a thing.

To address this issue, we’re launching a new program. We invite our customers to write the missing manuals themselves and receive a bonus of €100 for each one.

What is this program about?

We post all the manuals for working with our products in the Knowledge Base. However, it’s simply impossible to cover all the questions that our customers may have.

For example, if you need a manual on how to integrate CDN with a specific CMS, and you didn’t find it in the Knowledge Base, you can compile it yourself. And we’ll add bonuses to your account for this.

If you have any problems or questions related to our products, you can contact our 24/7 technical support. We’ll try to help as much as we can.

How does this program work?

1. You draw up a manual and send it to technical support at support@gcore.com or via the control panel.
2. Within five working days, our specialists will check whether it has been drawn up correctly and inform you of the results.
3. Within a further five working days, you will receive a bonus to your account: €100, $120, or ₽9,000 depending on the currency you use.
4. We will then publish this manual in the Knowledge Base.

What manuals can you get bonuses for?

We will give a reward for any manual on how to integrate our products with other systems: for example, CDN with Streaming Platform. We will also pay for manuals on how to move from another company’s service to ours.

All products, except for Hosting, can participate in the program.

In addition, the manual must meet the following requirements:

1. The material should be clear and useful so that other customers can use it.
2. There’s no similar relevant manual in the Knowledge Base already.
3. Each step is explained in detail and illustrated with screenshots in the IMG or PNG format.

Important: The determination of the manual’s compliance with the requirements and its acceptance are at the discretion of the company.

How can bonuses be spent?

The reward can be spent on any of our products and services available in the control panel. Use the bonuses within a year from the date of accrual, otherwise they will expire.

Who can participate in the program?

Only registered users are allowed to participate in the program. We pay bonuses directly to your account, so to receive the reward, you must have an account.
